The 30 Day Slow Down Childhood Challenge – 2018
As I look around the farm, the signs of fall are all-encompassing. The leaves turning and letting go, milkweed pods releasing their seeds – when we take note, these small happenings serve as reminders to slow down and simplify.
Paradoxically so many of us tend to accelerate this time of year putting our foot on the gas and don’t take it off until after the holiday season. Last year, I created something to help us fall into a gentle stroll while the rest of the world rushes ahead. It was transformative for me, and I was so grateful for the amazing response. I would like to share it with more of you this year.
