The First Wilder Child Mud Bake Off!

Yesterday we celebrated International Mud Day! For our part, we were outside all day digging, splashing, wallowing and playing in the wonderful muck. I also kicked off the beginning of the First Wilder Child Mud Bake Off! For a little inspiration, my daughter and I made a five layer mud cake completely of natural materials.

Make your own muddy creation and be entered to win a pair of our favorite rain boots - MyMayu Explorer Rain Boots. The winner can choose the size and color.Here's how to enter:

1. Create a mud dessert (pie, cake, cupcakes, brownies...bring it!) using only natural materials.

2. Upload a picture of your creation to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and tag it with #mudbakeoff. You can also email a picture to nicolette@wilderchild.com if it's easier.

Yep, that's it. Don't worry about getting it perfect, this is more about the process than the product. Just get the kids out there and have some fun!
